Fulton of Dauphin, Pennsylvania, born in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 19, 2024, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. As Anna departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Anna may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Anna leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Ross and Maud Ross (Rodgers); her children, Teri-Ann Bryan and Frank E. Fulton; and her siblings, Harry Ross, Freda Wagaman and Louise Hunsinger.
She is survived by: her son William "Bill" Fulton (Roxanna) of Carlisle; her brother Joe Ross of Shippensburg; and her sister-in-law Betty Ross of Georgia. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, eight great grandchildren and five great-great grandchildren.
