He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph M. Cupac and Judith L. Cupac (Libendorfer). He is survived by: his wife Cheryl "Cher" Cupac (Roadman); his daughter Ashley Santypal of Ellwood City; his siblings, Corinne C. Borselli and Garth Cupac of Ellwood City; his nephew Blake Rutter; and his pets, Storm and Diesel.
