He was predeceased by: his son Gary R. Veon; and his siblings, Paul Veon, Roy Veon and Kathryn Veon Gass. He is survived by: his wife Ida Lea Gibson; his sons, Blaine Veon, Robyn Veon of Darlington, Bruce L. and Barbara Veon of East Palestine; and his siblings, Ralph Veon and Ruth Boehm Tanner. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
