She was predeceased by: her father Richard; her husband Harry Fields; her son Charles Douglas Fields; her granddaughter Christy; and her sisters, Elizabeth Sibert, Tillie Coburn, Phyllis Jean Hobbs and Sally Margaret Hobbs.
She is survived by: her sons, Richard Thomas (Stevie Fields) and Paul (Carrie Fields); her daughter-in-law Nanci Fields; her grandchildren, Christopher Fields, Tara Fields, Kelly Fields-Krok and Rick Fields; her great grandchildren, Rachael and Matthew; and her sister Susan Myers. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
