He is survived by: his wife Karen; his sister Marjorie Campbell (Bill); his children, John (Hannah), Ann and Adam (Brooke); his nephew Bruce Campbell (Margie); his niece Katie Wright (Steve); his brother-in-law John Medlin; and his grandchildren, Tex, Theo, Ezra and Kyzer. He is also survived by his family, friends.
