With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Lancaster L. Womack Jr. (Darby, Pennsylvania), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 8, 2024 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lancaster Lee Womack Sr. and Julia May Womack (Taylor); his children, Lancaster L. Womack III, Dr. Lana Womack, Stevens Jay Carter, Jr., Lashonta Pendergrass (Angel), Cecil Mileek Bell, Leah Womack, Shamira Womack, Langston Womack and Aaron Womack; his friend Lanny; and his sisters, Julia Nelson (Sis), Diane Womack, Elizabeth Barrett, Helen Lomax and Phyllis Johnson. He was also cherished by nine grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews.
Viewing was held on Saturday, October 19th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Serenity Funeral Home (121 Ridge Ave, Darby, PA 19023). A funeral service was held on Saturday, October 19th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
