He was predeceased by : his parents, Lillian Lentz, and Harry B. Lentz, Sr.; and his sister Kathleen Sullivan. He is survived by : his wife Ellen Lentz; his children, David Lentz (Patti), Stephen Lentz (Lisa), Kristen Liberio (John) and Kathleen Clayton (Butch); and his grandchildren, Devin, Stephen Jr., Sean, Aidan, Jack, Emily, Bradley, Mackenzie and David. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and longtime friends.

Viewing was held on Sunday, June 30th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Monday, July 1st 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:45 AM at the Marvil Funeral Home, Ltd. (1110 Main St, Darby, PA 19023). A Mass was held on Monday, July 1st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Blessed Virgin Mary Church (1101 Main St, Darby, PA 19023).

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions to a charity of the donor's choice, In Memory of Bud.
