She was predeceased by: her parents, Bill "Buddy" Cooper and Sophie Cooper. She is survived by: her children, Jay Burkeholder Sr. (Charlene), Rich Burkeholder (Alicia) and Chrissy Burkeholder (Eric Cooper); her grandchildren, Cheyenne, Sahara, Jay Jr., Rico, Seairra, Lina, Mark and Skylar; her great grandchildren, Grayson and Jonathan; her sisters, Judy and Mary Cooper; and her cousin John Lang. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
