He is survived by: his children, Ronda Ruff of North Carolina, Lisa Hopson of Delaware and Mark Moore of Delaware; his grandchildren, Asher Hopson of Delaware, Jordan Siar and Rayna Hopson of Delaware; and his great grandchild Jaymier Siar of Pennsylvania.
