He was predeceased by: his parent Wilbur George; and his siblings, John "Jack" Kelley and Shirley "Sis" Wagner. He is survived by: his parent Mary Young Kelley; his children, Colin P. Kelley (Cindy) of Danville, Christine M. Griffith (Gary) of Lewisburg and Julia A. Huntington (Robert) of Danville; and his brothers, Albert "Sonny" Kelley and Richard Donald "Donnie" Kelley. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
