He is survived by: his significant other Roberta Ann Coulter of Danville, PA; his daughters, Melissa Fritchey (Derick) of Harrisburg, PA and Elizabeth Rice (David) of Camp Hill, PA.; and his grandchildren, Carson James Etshied (Parker Wiley Rice) of Newport News, VA, Tom and Addison Sophia Rice of Camp Hill, PA..
