She was predeceased by: her parents, Percy Clifton and Florence Mae Chappell (Fausnaught); her son Darren; and her siblings, Carol Lynn, Janice Haney, Marjory Chappell, Jesse Hartman, III, Carl Chappell and Dennis Chappell.
She is survived by: her children, Vickie Martz, Dale O. Martz, Jr. and Valerie Martz; and her sisters, Cindy (Fred Reibsome) of Danville and Sandy (William Litchard) of Danville. She is also survived by three grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
