She was predeceased by: her parents, John C. Palm and Edyth Palm (Weidel); her husband A. Monroe Decker Jr. of Red Bank; her brother Delmar C. Palm of Cortland, N. Y.; and her sister-in-law Betty L. Palm of Cortland.
She is survived by: her son John C. Decker; her daughter-in-law Darcy Decker; and her granddaughter Kathryn (Katie).
