Robert Phillip Bomboy Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert Phillip Bomboy of Danville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 18, 2024 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Robert Phillip leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Carolus and Lenore May Lloyd Bomboy. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ellen Kerwin of Wilkes-Barre; and his children, Tara Bomboy Zukosky (Pennsylvania) of Shavertown, Molly Bomboy Jacks of Riverside, Robert D. Bomboy (Pennsylvania) of Boiling Springs and David James Price of Kingston. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.
A reception will be held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Visneski Funeral Home, Inc. (42 W Mahoning St, Danville, PA 17821). A burial will be held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Christ Memorial Episcopal Church (156 E Market St, Danville, PA 17821).
