It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Robert E. Rothermel (Danville, Pennsylvania), born in Shamokin, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 29, 2024, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Wellington A. Rothermel and Cora Rothermel (Fisher); his wife Mary A. Hutch; and his sister Kathleen Morris. He is survived by: his sons, Robert E. Rothermel, D. O. (Susan) of York and Wellington "Skip" Rothermel (Dorothy) of Rush Township. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

The family requests that you kindly omit sending flowers and instead say a prayer in memory of Gene and Mary.
