He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Earl and Margie May Wallace Maloy; and his daughter Brandy L. Sudol. He is survived by: his wife Maryanna Mottern Maloy; his daughter Michelle M. Jones of Reading, PA; his grandchildren, Zachary and Leah Jones; his great grandchild John E. Jones of Reading, PA; his niece Stacia Hummel of Marietta, PA; and his nephew Ben Hummel of Wyoming.
