He was predeceased by: his parents, Ilard A. Foust and Mabel M. Foust (Mowrer); and his sister Emily M. (Clark J. Shultz). He is survived by: his nephew Randall W. Shultz (Ruth Ann) of Dover, PA; his niece Janet K. White (Jerome) of Olney, MD; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Beth Craig, Jessica White, Matthew Shultz (Kerry) and Adam White (Paige); and also, Natalie, Emily Shultz, Caitlin, Madison Craig and Andrew.
