It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Patrick Payton (Danville, Pennsylvania), born in Bayonne, New Jersey, who passed away at the age of 72, on November 7, 2020. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Helen Gallagher (Adelson) of Ocala and Robert Payton; his stepfather Daniel Gallagher; his significant other Margaret Payton (Zarod); his son Benjamin; his brothers, Daniel Payton (Linda) of Fort Collins, CO and Jeffrey Payton (Annie) of Ocala, FL; and his aunt Mary Gallagher. He was also cherished by several cousins, nieces and nephews and special friends.

“Was sorry to hear of Pat’s passing…..only knew him as kids, one thing I can say about him was he was a terrible basketball player……he worked VERY hard to improve, very hard and became a well developed player, one to watch out for…..through many years with no contact with Pat I always thought of how hard he worked to become a feared basketball player and mentioned to many about my experience knowing Pat”
