She was predeceased by: her parent Clarence J. Lockhoff; her former husbands, Fred C. Beishline and Edward R. Phillips; her daughter Dorothy Jean Carter of May; and her siblings, Donna Latchford, Virginia Faye Edwards, Clarence O. Lockhoff and Harold Lockhoff.
She is survived by: her parent Florence J. Lockhoff (Shultz); and her children, Patricia E. VanDine (Bloomsburg), Robert C. Beishline (Bloomsburg) and Faye L. Wolff (Bloomsburg). She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren and several great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to Trinity United Methodist Church, 84 Lombard Ave., Danville, PA 17821 or to St. James Cemetery, 433 Church Road, Stillwater, PA 17878.
