She was predeceased by: her parents, Mildred Splain (Mottern) and J. Earl; her siblings, Harry, James, Donald, George, Betty Philips, Irene Shoemaker, Mary Catherine and Bessie Howell; her son-in-law John; and also Michael.
She is survived by: her siblings, Mildred Strittmatter, Frances Hack of Danville and Lester Splain of Bloomsburg; her foster son James Splain (Suzanne); her daughter Valerie Mazol; her granddaughters, Shawna Rhodes (Jerami) and Cassandra Poole; her great grandchildren, Haley, Jonathan, Jayden, Evan, Araya, Laina, Mikayla, Maverick, August, Alice and Kaylani; and also Janelle Rowe (Tim). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
