She was predeceased by: her parents, George L. Boyer and Jean L. Libby Boyer; and her husband John B. Sorensen. She is survived by: her daughters, Jessica Klopp (Brian, Jr.) of Riverside, PA and Amy Canzanella (Richard Kearney) of Sayville, NY; her grandchildren, Sarah Canzanella, Leah Klopp, Emily Canzanella and Bailey Klopp; and her brother Steven F. Boyer (Patricia) of Tennessee.
