He was predeceased by : his wife Marian Boyer; his parents, Kyutha Leora Kurtz (Smith) and Chester Wilson Kurtz; his brothers, Wilbur Kurtz and Clifton Kurtz; his daughter Linda Martino; and his great grandchild Kase Bingaman (Nancy Kashner).
He is survived by : his children, Gary Kurtz of Danville and Kathie Martin of Danville; his grandchildren, Chris Kurtz (Maggie) of Sunbury, Lisa Bingaman (Chad) of Northumberland, Matthew Lawton of Danville, Justin Martin of Washingtonville, Stephanie Martino, John Novakovich of Laflin, Claudia Paolinelli of Bali and Natalie Paolinelli of Brooklyn, NY; and his great grandchildren, Nigel Kurtz, Averie Bingaman, Jonathan, Miles Novakovich and Loel Martin.
