He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth W. Millar and Jessie B. Millar (Gerst); his children, Ronald "Butch" Millar and Carol Zeiss; his grandchildren, Jay Doebler, III and Kay Ann Doebler; his siblings, Lavoune F. "Vaughn" Millar, Ronald J. Millar and Cheryl E. Pritchard; and his mother-in-law Viola Reibsome.

He is survived by: his wife Judith A. Reibsome; his children, Kenneth "Joey" Millar (Terri Welliver) of Danville, Valerie Strickland of Jacksonville, FL, Kimberly (David Stevens) of Rolling Green, KY, Yvonne Doebler of Danville, Lester Millar (Donna Snyder) of Danville, Eric Doebler of Danville and Nikki Doebler of Danville; and his sister Dorie (Stephen Eck) of Cogan Station.
