He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph D. Donegan and Teresa Henke Donegan; and his brother Joseph Donegan. He is survived by: his spouse Elizabeth Mahoney Donegan; and his stepchildren, Anthony Mahoney (Judy), Anne Henrie (Les) and Kellie Deibert. He is also survived by eight step-grandchildren and nine step-great-grandchildren with one more due in May, as well as numerous cousins.
