He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren D. Hack and Sarah Kreigh Hack; and his sisters, Anna Faux and Mary Neidig. He is survived by: his wife Joann G. Depew Hack; his children, Michael J. Hack, Sr. (Teresa Hartzell) of Shenandoah Heights, PA, Darren W. Hack (Sandra) of Brookville, PA and Debbie Hack (Mike Girton) of Catawissa, PA; and his sister Ruth Petrikis of Medford, Delaware.. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 7th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Visneski Funeral Home, Inc. (42 W Mahoning St, Danville, PA 17821). A celebration of life was held on Monday, April 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
