He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Willoughby (Lynn); his son Cort Willoughby (Amy); his grandchildren, Maddy, Delaney, Mia and Zane; his children, Derek Willoughby and Ashley Willoughby (Jacob Plocinski); his grandchild Coby; and also, Dorothy Eister (Willoughby) of Danville and Elaine Kuhns (Rick) of Selinsgrove.
