He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas L. Williams and Anna R. Williams (Fenstermacher); and his daughter Merrilee. He is survived by: his significant other Pat of Sunbury; his children, Thomas and Tammy; and his siblings, Letitia, Ann, Barbara and Lee. He is also survived by six grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren.
