He is survived by: his children, James Richards (Beth) of Concord, NH, Thomas Richards (Louise) of Riverside, Margaret Wagner (Stephen) of Riverside and Jeanne Williams (Jeff) of Wattsburg. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
