He was predeceased by: his parents, George Gregory and Margaret Gregory (Gutschal). He is survived by: his wife Jean M. Smith; his children, Malinda (Dominic DiBella) of Strasburg, Leonard Gregory (Joanne) of Glenside and Steven Gregory (Brenda) of Tampa, Florida; his granddaughters, Danielle DiBella of New Zealand and Nicole DiBella of Elkhart, Indiana; and his brother Jack Gregory (Delores) of Bloomsburg.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to a charity of the donor's choice.
