It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Francis Joseph Bayer (Danville, Pennsylvania), born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 22, 2019, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis A. Bayer and Eleanor Vogel Bayer; his wife Judith Johnston Bayer; his son Christopher; and his sister Barbara Killian.
He is survived by: his daughters, Virginia Haney (Jeffrey) and Stephanie Burrell (Keith); his grandchildren, Olivia Booth (Robert O. Booth, Jr.) of Houston Texas, Zachary Haney, Eric Haney, Elizabeth, Mary, Sarah and Jack Burrell; his great grandchild Diana Booth of Houston Texas; and his siblings, Eleanor Bayer of Philadelphia, Marcella Rhodes and John Bayer (Eppie). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
