She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Howell and Victoria Howell (Sitler); and her husbands, Clair Levan and Mervin J. Blass. She is survived by: her siblings, Frank Howell, Della Mae Gardner and Winifred Smull; her children, Wayne Levan (Cheryl Blass) of Elysburg, William Blass (Carla) of Catawissa, Linda Hendricks (Dale) of Catawissa and Brenda Valencik (John) of Bloomsburg; her grandchildren, Tracy Bickert, Mike Levan and Kiley Blass; and her great grandchildren, Dylan Levan, Kaylee Bickert and Emilee Bickert.
