He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin D. Steinruck and Ethel Elaine Steinruck (Hess); his granddaughter Angel Steinruck; his brothers, Donald J. Steinruck and Stanley D. Steinruck; and his half-sister Melodie Diehl.
He is survived by: his son Michael D. Steinruck (Joanna) of Benton; his grandchildren, Lane, Summer, Angela and Austin; his siblings, Diane S. Hubler of Bloomsburg, Debbie Chamberlain (Mark) of Orangeville, Franklin Steinruck (Jean) of Lancaster and Stephen Steinruck (Helen Litwhiler) of Buckhorn; his stepbrother John Reel (Anne) of Allentown; and his close friend Lori Krum. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
