He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse W. Conrad and Alice S. Conrad (Hess); and his sisters, Gloria Eilene Conrad and Dorothy Lorraine Kalich. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn J. Dellert; his son Rafferty Leigh Conrad; and his sisters, Jeannine Carole (James Brouse) of Sunbury and Barbara Ellen (Harold Fry) of Sunbury. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
