He was predeceased by: his parent Mildred Chubb; and his wife Christine M. Caruso Chubb. He is survived by: his parent Melvin Chubb; his brothers, Robert Chubb (Alice), Ashland, Gary Chubb (Donna), Bechtelsville Chubb, Randy Chubb (Cora) and Yankeetown; his significant other Kathy Whitenight; and also, Tim, Beth, Kyle, Logan Mauk and Uncle Dale.
