He was predeceased by: his parent Mildred Chubb; and his wife Christine M. Chubb (Caruso). He is survived by: his parent Melvin Chubb; and his brothers, Robert Chubb (Alice) of Ashland, Gary Chubb (Donna) of Bechtelsville and Randy Chubb (Cora) of Yankeetown.
