She was predeceased by: her parents, Nelson Hornung and Helen Hollobaugh Hornung. She is survived by: her daughters, Stacy Ulmer (Peter Hearn) of St. Thomas and Katherine Krontz of Raleigh, NC.; and her siblings, Mark Hornung and Pam Hornung Campbell.
