He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald VanHorn and Edna VanHorn (Wolverton); and his close friend Beatrice Wilson. He is survived by: his children, Chuck VanHorn (Jody) of Danville, Chris VanHorn (Christina) of Catawissa, Jimmy VanHorn of Philadelphia, Melissa Wilson of Mifflinburg, Marc, Andrea Wilson of Danville, Mary, Donald Kreisberg of Cranberry, TWP and Lori Sides of Canal Fulton, OH.. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:45 PM at the Visneski Funeral Home, Inc. (42 W Mahoning St, Danville, PA 17821). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
