He was predeceased by: his parents, Josephine Berkey (Galbraith) and Charles Calvin Berkey; and his wife Mary Ann. He is survived by: his brothers, Jackson Berkey (Almeda), Robert Berkey (Cathy) and Samuel Berkey (Donna); his children, Timothy Berkey (Holly), Christopher Berkey (Amy Wenger), Jonathan Berkey (Michell), Andrew Berkey (Shannon) and Amy Parkes; his grandchildren, Amanda Berkey, Alicia Betz (Sam), Thomas Berkey, Jonathan Berkey, Tate Calvin Berkey, Luke Parkes, Lane Berkey, Joel Berkey, Madilyn Parkes and Mary Berkey; and his great grandchildren, Justin Otto Turner, Isabelle Mae Betz, Calvin Andrew Betz and Gabriel Freeman Betz.
