Blair T. Carbaugh Obituary

We are sad to announce that on December 29, 2022, Blair T. Carbaugh (Danville, Pennsylvania) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest H. Carbaugh and Violet I. Carbaugh (Fletcher); his grandson Jonathan Carbaugh; and his brother Allen Carbaugh. He is survived by: his wife Mary L. Moser; his sons, David A. Carbaugh, Sedona, Ariz and Donal Carbaugh (LuAnne) of East Hampton, Mass.; his stepchildren, Elizabeth M. Witting (Su Fairchild) of Bloomsburg and Edward P. Witting (Lisa Gugino) of Portland, Ore.; and his sisters, Betty Moudy of Martinsburg and Mardella Lesher of Martinsburg. He is also survived by six grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
