He was predeceased by: his grandmother Tammy Derrick. He is survived by: his parents, Shane T. Hess and Carrie S. Hess (Derrick) of Danville; his siblings, Sierra N. Hess and Tristian M. Hess; and his grandparents, Anthony, Gail Hess of Millville and Larry Derrick of Millville. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
