With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Alfred Malkoski Sr. (Danville, Pennsylvania), born in Kulpmont, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 15, 2020 at the age of 82. He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo A. Malkoski and Genevieve Malkoski (Olshefski); his wife Elizabeth A. Hirleman; and his siblings, Joseph Malkoski, Edward Malkoski, Raymond Malkoski, Cecelia Lukonis, Jean Horn and Martha Miller.
He is survived by: his children, Susan Marie (Terence Gill) of Danville, Alfred L. Malkoski, Jr. (Cindy) of Danville, Michelle Marie (Barry Woodruff) of Danville and Gretchen Elaine Malkoski of Danville; his grandchildren, Derek Robert Gill, Rachel Nicole Gill, Michael J. Woodruff, Matthew David Woodruff (Elizabeth), Megan Marie (Eugene Land), Shelly Lee Dubell and Amber Marie (Zachary Hoagland); his great grandchildren, Mia Land, Hunter Land, Gavin Land, Catherine Woodruff, Juliana Woodruff, Oliver Woodruff, Molly Woodruff, Natalie Dubell, Tyler Dubell, Landon Woodruff, Kenzimay Hoagland, Barritt Hoagland and Caroline Hoagland; his sister Rita (Robert Katch); and also Rev. Timothy D. Marcoe. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
