She was predeceased by : her parent John Mudri; and her significant other Darell Kohler. She is survived by : her spouse Ralph C. "Randy" Frederick; her parent Jeanne Mudri (Hollis); her sons, Christopher (Melissa), Craig D. and Benjamin S. (Brittany); her siblings, John (Kathy), Jeanne McNeill, Karen Downing and Kathy Spencer; and her grandchildren, Blake, Finley and Falynn.
In lieu of flowers, a contribution to the grandchildren's educational fund may be made to Benjamin Frederick c/o the funeral home.
