He was predeceased by: his parents, Neil Hartzell and Emma Hartzell (Strohl). He is survived by: his wife Linda D. Hartzell (Henry); and his children, Brian Biechy (Renee) of Danielsville, Karen (Jay Brown) of Lansdale, Sherri (David Penchishen) of Laurys Station and Jennifer (Joseph Makovsky) of Northampton. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren.
