He is survived by: his parent Leona Smith (Whitmore); his children, Kevin Smith, Kenneth Smith, Kendall Schwab and Kimberly Orr; and his siblings, Jerome Smith, Ronald Smith and Donna Cotton. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
