She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Parsons and Mabel Parsons (Jensen); her husband John Royer; her son James Schwab; and her sisters, Barbara Whitley, Alice Theis, Margaret Hust and Harriet Paynter.
She is survived by: her sons, Delvin, Raymond and John Schwab; and her siblings, Harry, Roger Parsons and Rita Davis. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Viewing was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Arthur A. Bryant Funeral Home (1228 Main St, Honesdale, PA 18431). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions in Elinor's name may be made to the donors favorite charity.
