It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert L. Van Fleet of Dalton, Pennsylvania, born in Scranton, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 13, 2022, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Fleet and Betty Williams Van Fleet; his daughter Brenda; and his brother Willard. He is survived by: his wife Carol Swaboski; his sons, Brian (Tammy) of Dalton, Brendan (Corinne) of Dalton and Brett of Dalton; his brother Barry (Linda); his grandchildren, Alexis, Tyler, Emily, Nick, Bryce and Nate; and his great grandchildren, Harper, Luke, William and Luna. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and cousins.
