He was predeceased by: his parents, Phillip Locker and Marie Eibes Locker; his grandson Kyle Locker; and his siblings, Henry, Phillip, Fred, David, Peter, James, Robert, Marie McIntyre, Dorothy Regan, Ida Billets and Barbara Locker.
He is survived by: his sons, John Locker (Denise), Dalton and Brian Locker (Robin); and his grandchildren, Jack, Riley, Matthew, Ryan and Casey. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Solfanelli-Fiorillo Funeral Home Inc. (1030 N Main Ave, Scranton, PA 18508). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Scranton School for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing Children, 537 Venard Road, Clarks Summit, PA 18411.
