He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph E. Mahalidge and Elizabeth R. Mahalidge (Tekatch Jones); his son-in-law Robert J. Scheller, Jr.; and his grandson Bandit. He is survived by: his daughters, Jennifer Mahalidge of Scranton and Michelle Maxwell (Edward) of Dalton; his stepgrandsons, Cory and Nathan Maxwell of Dunmore; his brother Neil Horvick of Moosic; his aunt Betty Yocum of Venice, Florida; and his grandson Tanner.
