He is survived by: his wife Cathy Jean Lewis; his daughter Susan Lebrecht (Andrew) of Dupont; and his grandchildren, David Hetzel, Eric Hetzel, Brandon Hardy and Kirsten Hardy. He is also survived by 8 great grandchildren, and several brother and sisters-in laws and many nieces and nephews.
