Donald Elwood Antoine Sr. Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Donald Elwood Antoine Sr. of Dalton, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 14, 2024 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Antoine and Eva Miller Antoine; his children, Deborah Garrison and Donald Antoine Jr.; his siblings, Herbert, Richard Antoine, Imojene Cucura, Lillian Perry, Alberta Antoine, Wanita Stanton and Glenda Major; and his son-in-law Jerry Aten.
He is survived by: his children, Rebecca Aten of Harford, PA, Robert Antoine (Lisa) of Dalton, PA and Ray Harmon of Ogdensburg, NY; his daughter-in-law Susan Antoine; and his brothers, David Antoine and Edward Antoine. He is also survived by seventeen grandchildren; thirty-six great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Dalton United Methodist Church (125 S Turnpike Rd, Dalton, PA 18414). The military honors was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Hospice of the Sacred Heart or the donor's local fire company.
